Customer Service Award
Open to businesses of all sizes and from all sectors, if your business stands out from the crowd for its fantastic customer service then this is the Award for you!
The award-winning business will be able to demonstrate:
- outstanding service to their customers
- customer loyalty as a result of the service they have received
- a link between excellent customer service and improved profitability and/or value to the organisation
- how their culture focuses on the customer
- internal communications strategies and tactics to improve the customer experience

1) Businesses entering an award category must:
- be based within the Borough of Reigate & Banstead
- be willing to make themselves available for related publicity via social media, press and other channels
- not be an employee of Reigate & Banstead Borough Council.
2) Businesses can enter up to 3 categories each
3) Judges have the right to ask for extra information and may request a visit
